About Holistic Mystic

Holistic Mystic grew out of more than a decade of my own self-healing journey — navigating the wellness world, building my own team, and learning through experience what it means to look at health through the lens of mind, body, and spirit together. I know firsthand how confusing, expensive, and frustrating that journey can be. And I know how much it changes when someone helps you see the bigger picture.

 

One experience shaped this work deeply. When conventional medicine couldn’t explain a persistent health issue, it was an open conversation with my wellness team — practitioners, friends, and colleagues — that eventually led to the answer. A connection nobody had thought to make surfaced through conversation, and a homeopathic remedy resolved what tests could not. That experience confirmed everything I believe about holistic support: sometimes the most important thing is having people around you who are truly listening.

I bring two things together that are rarely found in the same space. An extensive professional background in Canadian group benefits — meaning I can help you understand what your existing plan already covers and remove one of the biggest barriers to wellness support: cost. And a deep intuitive practice as an empath, with the ability to listen deeply, notice patterns, and help translate what you might not yet have words for.
